Handling
• “Forward by E-mail”
Check this to forward the document by e-mail and
enter the e-mail address to forward to. The forwarding
e-mail address may contain up to 50 characters. At the
same time, select the file format for the forwarding
document by checking it.
Period Select the forwarding period for the received document.
• “Always”
Check this to always forward the document.
• “Month/Day”
• “Day-of-week”
• “Time”
To specify the forwarding period, check one of these and
set the period.
[Save] Saves the current settings and closes the dialog.
[Close] Closes the “Forward Setting” dialog.

Click [Save] to save the setting.
